Nov video o Witcher 4 razkriva zakulisni pogled na Ciriino borbo z Bauk pošastjo

A new behind-the-scenes video has been released, offering a closer look at the making of The Witcher 4's debut trailer. The clip, shared by Platige Image, focuses on how the intense battle between Ciri and the Bauk monster was brought to life.

To film the scene, the team built a massive seven-meter rig suspended from the ceiling. Interestingly, Bauk was portrayed by multiple people: Maciej Kwiatkowski—known for previously capturing Geralt’s animations—acted as the creature’s body, while three other specialists controlled its limbs.

The team also revealed that the fight scene took 5–6 takes to get right, and the now-iconic chain move was improvised just 10 minutes before filming began.

Platige Image and CD Projekt RED previously shared more details about the trailer's production in this video.

The Witcher 4 doesn’t have a release date yet, but analysts have speculated it could arrive in 2027. According to the latest reports, over 400 developers are currently working on the game.
