The story of the world of Hell is Us and the war that split the country of Hadea is revealed through "research items." There are a total of 45 such collectibles, each hidden in hard-to-reach corners of the game world. In this guide, we'll tell you where to find every item.

Collected research items must be brought to Tania. She will become your companion in the first story act. Tania will provide new information about the items and the game's lore, as well as about the "Forbidden Knowledge" vaults, which are covered in a separate guide.

The items in this article are grouped into six categories, just like in the "Research" tab on your tablet.

#1 — Unication Censer (Ancient Censer)

At the city entrance, there is a tent, in front of which sits a man playing the bagpipes. There is an SUV parked behind the tent. The item is located between this tent and the vehicle.

#2 — Bronze Eye Headpiece (Bronze Eye)

Head east from the Jova settlement towards the side entrance to Pathem Abbey. After passing through the entrance, keep following the path. The trail will lead you to a dead end with a wooden fence. Nearby is a tree, and the item you need is under it.

#3 — Lost Temple Bell of Palon (Scorched Bell)

After passing through the gate from Ernest Caddel's house, try to keep to the left side. In the forest, you will see the ruins of stone buildings. You will find the bell in a ruined building on the left.

#4 — Light of Sethyris (Terracotta Oil Lamp)

You will be able to pick up this item after you close the Timeloop located at the bottom of the Abbey.

#5 — Eye of God (Pottery Fragment)

The item is in the trunk of a blue SUV in the parking lot at the entrance to the building. To get the car key, you need to enter the staff room using the password: 5055.

#6 — Vase of the Eighth Tribe (Clay Vase)

On the upper levels of Vyssa Hills, there are tunnels of a giant snake. By passing through them, you will reach a room with statues and an altar. Turn right and enter a small room. There you will see a chest with the vase.

#7 — Sabin's Teshis (Ancient Scroll)

To obtain this item, you need to solve Mystery #3: Lymbic Door — Senedra, Hilltop. As a result, you will receive two lymbic rods from Vyssa Hills, which will grant access to the ruins in Senedra Forest. There you will find the scroll, waiting to the right of the timeloop.

#8 — "Eminis Shroud" Blueprints (Faded Blueprints)

After solving Mystery #12: Enlightenment, you will obtain two rods that open the lymbic door in the western tower of the marshes. The blueprints are located behind this door.

#9 — Guild of Lucidity Sketchbook (Old Sketchbook)

Go across the bridge to the right of the water level switch. Then enter the corridor to the left. You should find yourself in a room where you rotated torches and opened a door with the owl key. Go through this door and climb the stairs on the right. You will enter a room with a cabinet in the corner containing the item you seek.

#10 — Amine Inversion Cast (Lymbic Core)

Starting from the APC, go right across the wooden bridge and then along the path into the forest. Keep to the left and cross the second wooden bridge leading to a staircase. After climbing it, move along the wooden fence going to the right. You will quickly reach a cliff. Jump down and enter the cave. At the end of the tunnel, you will find the required item.

#11 — Order of the Eye Medallion (Gold Medallion)

The medallion is located at the foot of the waterfall where the game begins.

#12 — Timeloop Map (Marked Map of Hadea)

In the room with levers and traps, stand on platform A4, then activate the lever with the fire symbol. The map will be behind the opened door.

#13 — Token of Truce (Wooden Horse Figurine)

After completing Mystery #29: Ill-Gotten Gains, a door will open, behind which you will find the token.

#14 — Bowl of Spent Lymbic Slivers (Bowl of Ash)

Mystery #34: Blackmailed is the path to the item.

#15 — Carnival Mask (Wooden Mask)

You will be able to obtain the item after solving Mystery #27: History Lesson.

#16 — Harvor Reveta's Storybook (Children's Book)

Go to the city area of the location. In the northwest of the city, there is a house with an open basement. Go through this basement and continue along the path leading into the forest. Then jump down and enter the mine. Immediately turn right and keep to the right side. You will see a lit section of the tunnel. Turn into the left passage, above which hangs a warning sign: "please watch your step as you are entering." After passing through it, you will see a well-lit area with small barriers in the form of posts with chains. Enter the tunnel to the left of them. There you will find several items, including the book.

#17 — Harvor Raveta's Crown (Crown of Bones)

Go to the top of the tower where the timeloop is located. The skeleton with the crown lies on the balcony overlooking this timeloop.

#18 — Order of Inquisition (Faded Parchment)

As you progress along the main path through the Spire, you will ascend from the dungeon by elevator. At the top, there will be a save point. Turn left from it and pass by the statue into the room with scrolls. There you will find the order scroll.

#19 — Lady Marguerith's Dagger (Jewelled Dagger)

From the third save point, go down the vertical ladders and head along the path to the elevator. Then, instead of climbing the ladder, turn right. You will see wooden scaffolding. Behind it is a ladder. Climb it and jump down onto the scaffolding with barrels. The dagger is lying on one of them.

#20 — Idol of the Protomartyr (Bronze Figurine)

There is a timeloop in the upper part of the location. You need to destroy it to access the item.

#21 — Gauntlet of the 7th Talon (Rusted Gauntlet)

Northeast of the APC, there are ruins with a broken wooden floor. Find this place and jump into the gap. Then climb the ladder on the left. Next, jump onto the wooden platform. There you will find the gauntlet.

#22 — Sophia Morton's Skull (Skull in Box)

Complete Mystery #37: Ascetic Vows and open the room where the skull is located.

#23 — Heraldic Key of House Umbra (Ceremonial Key)

The item is behind a door you will gain access to by solving Mystery #40: Great Responsibility.

#24 — Adder's Tear Oathstone (Flower Medallion)

You will be able to obtain the item after solving Mystery #17: Lucky Break.

#25 — OMSIF Poison Syringe (Syringe)

Walk a bit east from the APC along the road and you will see a decorative corpse. It will be lying on the left behind a wooden fence. The syringe is there.

#26 — Vigil Trial Candle (Wrapped Candle)

The item is found in a room that opens after completing Mystery #10: Martial Lineage.

#27 — Orunwe's Journal (Worn Journal)

Southeast of the City Hall, there is a house with a wooden ramp. It allows you to get to the backyard and use the ladder to the garage roof. Climb up and enter the house through the hole in the wall on the second floor. In the room ahead, the journal is on the nightstand.

#28 — Pento's Poisoned Cup (Bronze Cup)

The item will appear after destroying the timeloop located behind Modus's tomb.

#29 — Vial of Lymbic Material (Vial of Strange Substance)

There is an OMSIF camp on the hill. The vial is there, lying in the tent with other items.

#30 — Geryon Yankel's Pistol (9mm Pistol)

At the beginning of the location, not far from the APC, there is a viewpoint with several picnic tables. The pistol is on one of them.

#31 — Operation "Appleseed" Candidate File (Citizen's File)

The item is located in the city area of the location. It is in the shed of a house next to the church (north of it). A red car is parked next to this house.

#32 — Vanderlyn Cufflinks (Cufflinks)

You can obtain the item after completing Good Deed #2: Forlorn Fate.

#33 — Ambedo Mask Case (High-Tech Case)

Solve Mystery #9: Observation Outpost 08 and you will gain access to the closed camp. Follow the path past the cave located behind the camp. This path will lead you to the place where a body in a suit lies. The case is next to it.

#34 — Zurich Summit Photograph (Polaroid)

In the upper part of the building, there is a computer room whose wall was destroyed by a crashed helicopter. The photo is on the desk next to the computer.

#35 — Ziel Countdown Watch (Pocket Watch)

Go down the steps located south of the APC. You will find the watch lying on a stone bench.

#36 — Lymbic-Tipped Ammunition (Box of Bullets)

The item is in the laboratory located on level B3. To take it, you need to enter the middle storage of the drone workshop.

#37 — Box of Bronze Acorns (Box of Bronze Acorns)

To the right of the APC, there is a road that leads to an excavator. Once you reach it, turn left and take the item from a wooden crate.

#38 — Yvel Massacre Ribbon (Memorial Ribbon)

Head east from Jova towards the timeloop and then to the ruined bridge. Jump down under the bridge, and you will find the desired item.

#39 — Jehanian Referendum Ballot (Ballot)

Starting from the APC, go up the stairs leading to the railway tracks. Walk to the end and turn left. You will see two houses ahead. The item is lying at the door of the house on the right. To take it, go down the stairs.

#40 — Pamphlet of Banned Celebrations (Pamphlet)

The item is behind a wall near the burnt house located opposite the town hall (to the south of it).

#41 — Sabinian Relocation Lottery (Marked Door Polaroid)

Go to the church, which is located not far from the APC. Go through the main hall of the building and descend into the mausoleum using the stairs on the right. The item is in section E-214.

#42 — Silleni Prison Manifest (Prison Manifest)

The room with the item will open after solving Mystery #8: The Captain's Office.

#43 — Pheneas Bizima's Speech (Burnt Notes)

Go up the stairs and enter the office on the right. The item is next to the desk, near the body of a man in a suit and two white phones.

#44 — Operation Bastion Map (Hadean Border Map)

As soon as you enter the building, you will see a cart with two wooden boxes. The item is on one of them.

#45 — Operation Parallel Map (Provincial Border Map)

As you progress along the main path, you will jump down to a lower floor. After this, turn right and go into the room with the projector, which is displaying a large map on the wall. The item is on the right, behind an overturned table.
